"Loved our stay at Porto Fira Suites - excellent breakfast delivered to the room and wonderful staff. Even though the hotel is 85 steps down the walk down is not that bad. Majority of the steps are wide brick ones, not narrow slippery marble ones. If you are concerned about the steps, request a room on a high floor and you will avoid more steps within the hotel. View from our rooms was great even though we were just one level below reception."

"It was amazing! The house was spacious, with adequate amenities. Bear in mind, you have to contact the hotel manager around one hour before your arrival, as there was no reception desk, you have to meet up the concierge from other hotel as I think this was one of their group hotels. The hotel reception lady Mrs.Giota was lovely, provided many information to us, quick response, efficient. The house with good view no matter day or night. With 15 minutes can reach 3 Bells, loads of restaurants,...

"We booked an accommodation in Santorini. With Mrs Fotini, she arranged a transfer from the airport to our accommodation and she came to welcome us at arrival. Someone took our suit case to our room. She upgraded us to honeymoon suit, extra large bedroom, bathroom, top with jacuzzi with a superb view over the volcano and surrounding sea view. Before arrival, she sent me a lot of informations about Santorini, what to do, see, restaurants...... She was very welcoming, kind, available, helpful. The...
