"The rooms were large and clean. Though we didn't use it the kitchenette was well equipped. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate and well stocked for all tasted. Ideal for train station and shopping at the bull ring."

"Had a lovely stay, the Rumi room was beautiful, the bath tub was gorgeous, very deep and extremely relaxing. Plenty of towels and great amenities, bed was really comfortable. The receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy, in a nice area. Will definitely visit again one day, if prices are right. Thank you"

"Only stayed for one night for a gig at the O2. It’s perfectly placed for this venue, and a relatively short walk from Birmingham Central rail stations or coach station. Plus lots of nice restaurants and the Bullring Centre not far away. Room was adequate, comfortable and relatively quiet. Cleanliness was adequate in the room, the stairway leading up to the rooms was a bit shabby. The Continental breakfast was basic but again, adequate."

"Handy location and helpful staff. Only a few minutes walk into town and had parking (for a fee). Booked a deluxe double, but unsure what made it any different to a standard room. Was basic with a view of a small building's roof. Large brown stain on the duvet which we told reception about, who came to inspect. Was provided with a new duvet cover that we had to fit ourselves. Reception and entrace were lovely so expected a little more from the room itself, but did the job for one night which is...
