"The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and in good condition. There were a few concerns. There was a shortage of towels, I could not contact anyone by using the phone in the room for any services. We discovered that 3 out of 4 windows were unlocked. These windows were on the 1st floor on the side of building adjacent to a wooded area which is a safety concern.

"This area is kinda dumpy, but maybe this is how all of Shreveport is?!! The hotel is comfortabe with fridges and coffee makers. The bedrooms are clean and updated. We did have a low water pressure issue in the showers (we rented 2 rooms) but all in all, it was a good experience."
