San Pancho is our favourite place to go. It's becoming more touristy, which is unfortunate, but it's still such an amazing place. Great restaurants and easy to walk everywhere.

it's a little loud with nature (roosters throughout the night) and people having fun (live music, not nightclubs), but that's how it should be. Great hotel in a great town.

"Excellent property. Staff were all so accommodating and welcoming. There is an app to use to order room service, book dinner reservations etc. which makes things super convenient. The food was pretty good! The beach was quite nice. Not a swimming beach but you are at a surf resort. You can walk fairly far to the south and the beach is all sand.
If you book a junior suite like I did, note it surrounds the courtyard and there are evenings where there will be very loud music until rather late. So if you are early to bed, early to rise, this won’t be your ideal location. If I knew about that, I would absolutely have requested to upgrade before we settled in. On our last night the courtyard music ended around 10, then the live music in the secrets bar above went until 1:00am. "
"The front desk staff was amazing. Lara and Jezicka were very helpful and nice. When we had a small issue they took care of us which made a huge impact on our stay. The bell hops were very helpful with taxis and reconditions for things to see and do.
Overall is was a wonderful experience."

"We went here on our honeymoon- it was so nice. We went in rainy season so it was pretty hot! The room had air conditioning and the staff and facilities were awesome. The beach club is convenient and a nice addition considering the hotel is not on located right on the beach. Don’t miss the last bus back to the hotel @545 😂 Would definitely recommend."
