"It will be noisy most of the time at the pool. The beach area is quieter, but small and with lots of boat traffic. The room was lovely and clean, and the food and restaurant service excellent."

"Dated hotel. Very dated. Sloppy paint jobs. Caulk in bathroom needed to be removed and replaced. Mirror in bathroom peeling. Larger pool had murky looking water. I’ve been to Cancun a few times and I really was disappointed with the state of the facility. What I would say is that the wait staff at the buffet was amazing one of their names was Raul."

"Pool side Bar closes way too early. At 6:00pm no more service. Check in @ 4pm. Didn't even have time for two drinks @ Pool side. Bummer for someone on vacation "

"Went in March 2026 with my young family. Did the breakfast option and we typically slept in to 9 and one of would bring kids down. They had a decent breakfast, better options the earlier you go. Beech had some seaweed first few days but we played around it and they had it all cleared within a few days of being here. The location is decent and there is some family friendly activities during the day. The hotel was going through some renos so one of the buildings was unavailable. Recommend as it was a pretty decent price and if you are on a tighter budget like we were it can work out pretty well to pay as you go for lunch and dinner and also gives you lots of flexibility if you have activities throughout the week outside the resort."

"Staff are amazing. Need to call our Manila and Cesar from Market Cafe and Roberto pool side. These guys all work so hard and made sure we had the best service and truly amazing time!"
