"Hôtel avec des insectes dans ma chambre, ce qui a été nié par l'hôtel, le tout en étant particulièrement désagréable. Dans le même temps, ma collègue s'est retrouvée piquée par des punaises de lit et aux urgences pour une réaction allergique. Quand on signale ce point, le personnel met en doute ne s'excuse pas et est très désagréable. Pas de petit déjeuner? Une plateforme qui ne marche pas pour récupérer les factures... rien ne va, ni le fond ni la forme. À éviter absolument"

"Great breakfast. Dinner expensive. The hotel has been undergoing renovations since 2024 and there is still a fair bit to do. Because of scaffolding a lot of the balconies and windows are locked shut. There is no air conditioning. Luckily we changed to a room that had opening windows and balcony. The indoor spa areas were closed but the 2outdoor thermal pools were great.The hotel has lovely tall domed ceilings and will be fabulous once finished. A lot of the bedrooms still need decorating and I don’t think there are plans for air conditioning which could be a problem in the summer.We had a great couple of days but would check state of rooms and amenities before booking."

"Pillows were not the best. We were given the wrong time for breakfast at check in and so missed it the first day. Otherwise very good stay. Handy for IIHF hockey games at BCF Arena and close to transit (bus)."
