The views and private onsen were lovely and I felt very relaxed there. Only improvements would be to allow luggage storage/transport to station and cleaner onsen. "

"We loved our stay and didn't want to leave! We had three nights in one of the Villas. It was completely private, the wood cabin was gorgeous and smelled amazing. We had a private outdoor bath in the villa and it was fabulous spending time out there. Both the traditional Japanese breakfast and the French breakfast buffet was a treat. Would recommend trying both. "

"I love the beautiful scenery, the wonderful activities from the karaoke, bowling, tennis/badminton, and especially the onsen. The shuttle bus from the Nebukawa station is really helpful to get to the hotel without walking about 30 minutes from the station."

The free shuttle to Odawara Station was very convenient, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Overall a solid stay, even if the atmosphere felt more like a large hotel than a unique experience."
