"Great location with lots of shopping nearby. Very trendy area. Shout out to the coffee stand opposite the hotel - we visited everyday. However it's an apartment so you are expected to keep the place clean. We didn't use the loft at all because it felt flimsy and tiny for bigger sized people. We just slept on the sofa bed and created a makeshift sleeping area in the living room. Heating on the first floor is poor. We were quite cold during the winter."

It’s situated so you can easily walk to both the Tenjin and Hakata areas, making sightseeing very convenient. Plus, the public hot bath is very nice and a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. I would definitely stay here again!"
