"The stay at amor arenal was amazing and worth every penny to me and my wife. We enjoyed the service as they were ready to help a phone call away especially when it came to spotting wildlife like sloths or toucans. The breakfast here was amazing as well and we enjoyed the open scenery to the rainforest while eating. The rooms were open and free with an abundance of privacy which made it perfect with the scenes of the rainforest and on clear days you can see the amazing volcano. "

"The room was very nice with great view even though the volcano was cloudy. The spa and pool areas were great, especially the jacuzzi area where our family were able to relax in a more secluded area. "Baldi is an amazing and one of a kind hotel! The new rooms in the back of the hot springs are huge and beautiful. There’s no other place in the world like their multi-level volcanic hot springs. They are a must see while in Arenal. The spa is incredible as well! "

"The location was great- in between the Fortuna waterfall and Mistico park, with the town with restaurants/shops close by as well. We had plenty on room for our family of 4. There was a nice outdoor patio from which we saw a toucan eating berries in the tree. Alvaro and Carlos were very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend the villas las Palmas. "
