"The hospitality at the hotel was really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was really good and tasty. It is very family friendly. My husband and I have travelled around a lot and this is one of our favourite hotel. The location is great and the metro station is only 7 mins walk. We hope to come back again and thank you so much. "Surprisingly good location for West lake and nearby shopping stripe. Located in a quiet street, there is a night market just opposite on the road, and walking distance to West lake in 10 mins. Not your 4 star room, but comfort for a night stay. Facilities are a bit dated but checked-in was smoothand easy, the check-in instructions were clear."

"Tip top cleanliness, the staff are all so warm and polite, they offered free hot drinks at the lobby all day long and midnight hot porridge. They even have free laundry service that deliver to your doorstep. Everything is good here, service is good and they even have all kind of aminities that if free at lobby for you. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue."
