Hampton by Hilton York Piccadilly
"Well placed hotel, staff were efficient, but not enough of them at breakfast. One coffee machine broken and not working at all, and the other only offering hot chocolate because the coffee was empty - but the staff were all busy clearing tables and restocking breakfast items "
Moxy York
"The hotel was very quirky with that theme throughout. Thought the games in the bar were a fab idea. Our room was lovely but some drawer space would have been greatly appreciated. The staff were very nice and attentive at all times. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. The only complaints we had was hot food wasn't really warm. Plus we were advised there was decaf coffee in the hot drinks machine which there wasn't. We brought instant decaf down from our room on 2 of the mornings. Apart from the couple of we grumbles we had a lovely stay. Thank you"
Burn Hall Hotel

"I think the whole hotel could do with a big makeover as its very dated, the floors were creaky where ever you walked, coukd say it adds to the charm."
The Milner York
"Fantastic stay. We arrived the morning of our booking and asked if we could leave bags. Our room was already ready so the lovely staff member on the desk allowed us to check in early which made our day even better. We were able to fully enjoy our day in York and come back and have a swim and get ready for dinner without having to think about checking in. Great amenities, the garden room is lovely to relax in, and the leisure centre was lovely. Good tea and coffee facilities in the room."
Delta Hotels by Marriott York
"Clean room, freindly staff. Great location for bus / park & ride. 10 min walk to parkrun at York racecourse."
