"You receive excellent communications from the host on location and how to gain access to the keys. I was in Flat 4 which had a well stocked kitchen with pans, cutlery and utensils. The lounge area had 2 large sofas and a large tv with access to netflix. I had the choice of either bedroom but the master was superb with a 10/10 mattress and pillows to suit. "So I was a solo traveler when staying at the hotel. I was visiting my brother who is at university. The hotel staff are very nice and welcoming. The cleaner checks your room everyday to clean it and to make sure you have enough tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits. Also soap and shampoo etc. They also offer clean towels everyday if you need them. There is free Wi-Fi and a television in the rooms. The hotel is also pet friendlydog
