Domes Zeen Chania, a Luxury Collection Resort, Crete
10/10 Excellent
"What a beautiful property and what a beautiful, extreme professional staff the only exception is the swimming pool situation when I’m seeing kids defecating inside the pool and that was a turn off for the experience, not be able to use the pool because of what I’ve seen between dirty diapers and parents tried to hide the kids number one and number two it was very, very, very upsetting. Overall the hotel is very nice. but for that reason alone, I will never come there again, especially when it’s a vacation resort and I would like to use the facilities, especially the pool
"
"The hotel is new and beautiful. Good quality materials used. The area is so beautiful and the sea is perfect for snorkeling. Hotel makes you feel you wabt to be healthy and fit (nice healthy food options and nice fitness classes). Maybe not suitable for very small kids due the many rocks around (however many nice pools) but a fantastic choice for Crete- feels luxurious and quiet. Kids club staff is fantastic and although I was not so sure about kids club in the basement conference room (the outside designated kids club area is too hot in August) my kids loved it. Movie nights outside were very much appreciated! Amazing experience!"

"The staff of the hotel is amazing, you feel at home, they are always happy and ready to assist! We will definitely come back, I strongly recommend all their properties, we stayed at the Domes White Cost in Milos and it was the same amazing experience. "
"We have had an amazing experience in Phos Hotel. Great service, people at the hotel were always smiley and willing to help you. Breakfast was great and there is option to also have a drink or eat at the bar of the main pool.
The swim up hotel room was TOP. Silent, clean, great pool… I would have never left. We 200% recommend this hotel!
Additionally there are many restaurants in the area at walkable distance so no need to take the care every day to go out for dinner, unless you want to go to Chania."
