We were able to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. I also had an incident where I forgot my phone in the car, and the team was extremely helpful in assisting me to get it back. The rooms were a bit small, but overall, everything was clean and comfortable. Great service and pleasant experience!
