Super friendly staff. Good location as long as you have a car, note that there is no Uber in the area and it's not walkable though. There are a few small local restaurants across the street plus a 7-11 and a pharmacy. Room is comfortable and climate controlled. Downside is that there is a fair bit of road noise in some rooms, and we did have to have the staff replace our bedding as our original bedding had a small stain. But on the whole I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

This hotel is best for families 5 mnts drive to one of best beaches also grocery stores It’s 13 mnts from playa del Carmen employees very very kind kitchen good for breakfast and nice beds . I like the location it’s in the medle of all ateactions and cities to visit 30 to 45 mnts to. All Tulum cancun and all small cities . The best was the whasher/dryer on the apartment . I ll go back again next time

Stayed for 7 nights, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Away from downtown but we had a car rented, so that was a bonus because it was very quiet. There is a public beach a 15-20 minute walk away, 7-11 next door, a lovely cafe in the same building, and just accross the street a couple restaurants we ate at when we didn't plan ahead with very affordable pizza. Will likely return because it suited our family's needs perfectly!
