The door lock was super sticky, we could not get inn the first time. The TV was on and blaring the sound. We thought the room was occupied. We had to go back to the front desk to ask. They were not willing to help out, just "wiggle the door and lock to get in. We know about that room and lock." Dirty room and bathroom. No fresh towels, stained sheets and towels. No shower curtain, 1 almost empty toilet paper roll. Toilet was loose, paint spilled on the floor, dirty walls, parts missing from bed headboard, and furniture. Staff not willing to provide information, items missing, or change rooms. We asked for another room, or an explanation, but the second night just got canceled without any discussion? And a refund for the stay would appear on our credit card within 48 to 72 hours, including the $50 security deposit they took when we checked in.
