Easy walking to local attractions, service was fabulous

Will stay here again!

The hotel is centrally located. Although there is currently a construction across the street, the hotel was always clean and we didn't hear any noise. The guys at the reception were awesome. They took care of making reservations for taxis and excursions. Breakfast had plenty of options and the staff was very kind.
Breakfast was good. I had hot chocolate but it's not showing!

When we arrived from the US we were greeted with very friendly staff. This was my first trip to another country and it was such a nice experience. The location of the hotel is good. I’d recommend others to stay.

8/10 Very good

Overall the hotel was good with excellent customer service. But my only complaint is this, The air conditioner did not work and it was hot those 4 days I was there
Hernán, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Area is amazing. The hotel is outdated, they only give you two towels per stay. The staff is nice but that doesn’t make up for the condition of the property.

Construction next door and many abandon buildings near by but once you go past all that there are many small cafes and near by. Across the main road, lots more very nice business for dining and shopping. I like to walk so it was nice exploring another part of CDMX vs just the zócalo area which is where I always stay. Overall nice hotel, food was great at restaurant. Make sure u try the arrachera.

For more details, see https://travelwithlilley.com/the-americas-1/f/mexico-city-our-first-visit The Good: --Excellent customer service --Excellent restaurant team: not even a stomachache from dining at the restaurant --Friendly, accomodating staff The Limitations: --Need more English-speaking staff --Need to provide blankets or space heater as standard issue to every room --More comfortable bed --Nicer linens, having steak knives

6/10 Good

Noisy neighbors. Fights and shouts at midnight. Hotel staff was corteous and helpful. The hotel facilities were ok. Terrible surrounding areas to the hotel: Abandoned buildings, sidewalks severly damaged and unsafe.

6/10 Good

What I liked: Location was excellent, close to citie”s attractions. What I did not like: 1) hotel is outdated and needs renovation. 2) Staff demand to be tipped. Specially the servers at the buffet. Servers need to be cognizant that a buffet is self serve. At the minimum they should be more tactful when asking for a tip
Victor, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

This is not 3.5 stars hotel. Maaabe 3. They do not give enough towels and no floor mat for the bathroom: have to decide to use the towel to stay on, or use it for the face. The walls are paper-thin and my loud neighbors kept me up, only to start again at 6 am. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is standard and fries are a little overcooked. Location is great: close to major avenues and bus stops. Several good bars and out of the way restaurants (with great food) within 100 meters.
