The beach access is absolutely wonderful at this resort, which is what attracted us to the property in the first place. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when the first night we didn't have air conditioning and they had to move us rooms. Got an unintentional upgrade which was beachfront so that was nice. The property is definitely out of date and needs repairs and other things. But overall it was a good experience. Be sure to bring extra money because everything is super expensive on property. I had a Bloody Mary for $12 which came in a juice cup and was basically just V8 and vodka. We walked from the airport to the property which was nice. Instead of having to take a $45 2-minute cab ride. We were also able to walk to a local market to get things like water and beer and lunch meat to help save on costs. Now that we know what to expect, we will definitely be back in just better prepared.

This resort could be a really nice place to travel to if they had more staff ..power was out when we arrived ..there was no clean towels for the pool they will tell you to come back later …my room was not cleaned for 2 consecutive days I had to keep calling the front desk …restaurants did not take cash at all ..restaurant closes at 9:15 ..no microwave s in the room I could reheat my leftovers..restaurant is outdoor and on the beach it could be really but too many flies I feel like they should invest in teekee lamps

Right on the water which was nice. Thats about it. Staff was like we were bothering them. Menu says one price but your bill says another. Air conditioning was horrible. Grounds were not kept up. Far away from anything. Best deal was the soda machine. The convenient way on the beach was locked. Had to walk around the hotel to get on the beach. Overall would not visit agsin nor can i recommend.
