From the moment we arrived until we left, we had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The staff were great, the room was immaculate and it’s close enough to Oia to comfortably walk without being in the hustle and bustle. Fabulous! Just outside the busy pedestrianised part of Oia but an easy max 10 minute walk to get there. Our room was stunning - felt very new, everything was super clean, was well appointed, the bed was the comfiest I've slept in in years, ad the balcony and hot tub were great. Staff was kind and helpful like the other hotels we’ve been to in Greece. However, the hot tub was cold and the area is very windy. You will get sick if you try the hot tub and they are unable to fix it. They will claim it is the proper temperate at “38 degrees” but after leaving this hotel and booked another one a few MINUTES of walking, the temperature was nice and hot despite the windy area. We have attempted a refund as we could not even stay one day there but they declined multiple times and cheated us of our 4 other days without refund. Additionally, it’s on the other side of the Caladera so the view isn’t the best. Once they take your money, it’s GONE.
