I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to help and make sure everything was perfect during my visit. The room was large, very clean with sliding glass door that opens up to a nice patio with access to the pool that is about 10 feet away from the room. I live in Cozumel and travel to Playa del Carmen regularly and out of all of the hotels this is my favorite especially with it's low per night rate.
