I had a wonderful stay at Antea Palace Hotel & Spa, Istanbul. The hotel’s staff were consistently friendly, warm and extremely helpful throughout our 6-night stay. A special shout-out to Mdm Semra from housekeeping. She went above and beyond every single day. Not only did she ensure our 3 rooms were always clean and well-maintained but she also surprised us with beautiful towel decorations to welcome us and wish us a pleasant stay. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made our experience extra special. Güven kaya is a very professional bell boy and deserves good credit.

Elegant old vintage hotel with nice Hamam.

Old hotel on a quiet street close to the water with an elegant vintage feel and velvet couches. The Hamam and sauna was a highlight for us; small but nice.The staff was friendly and helpful. 15 minute walk to the Sultanahmet tram. Overall would recommend for the price we paid in off season March.

Overall an ok experience.. no bad words about the staff, who try their best to welcome you and meet ones needs. The hotel is bit dated or one can call it traditional in its decor etc.. it may appeal to different people. Television is poor with only Turkish channels. Spa is at another location but they pick/drop you off, but a nice experience at the spa. Location wise, if you want to build your leg muscles then this is the hotel for you, as walking to the main square etc takes some up hill walking. Overall a 6/10 maybe a 7 due to the staff.

The hotel has a small pool with sauna facilities and a roof terrace and a beautiful covered garden area off of reception. The staff are always smiling and any issues were sorted straight away. The breakfast is simple and fresh with everything you need and there are some extras at €3 I thought that was responsible. When I go back to Istanbul I will stay here it has two parks front and back, where there’s a large supermarket and beautiful garden cafe.

Absoloutely wonderful hotel. The hotel is in a prime spot to walk to major attractions and also beautiful parks, shops and restaurants. This was our second stay in 10 days, the latter being due to missed flight connection. We did not hesitate in returning to the hotel and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Special thanks to Fatih, Yunus and Yusuf who helped us immensely to get comfortable before returning home. Highly recommended and I'm sure we'll return again.

The hotel gave us a warm welcome, and every interaction with staff was positive. The decor has been left with a bit of repair needing; the carpet on the stairs is frayed, the wallpaper in the room is peeling. There is no bar and it looks like if you want room service it’s provided by an external company with a small range.
