Amazing stay for honeymooners

Our stay at Onyx was amazing! It’s in a little town beside the capital of Santorini, Fira - just a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. We felt very taken care of by their staff who made our stay very easy going and relaxing. We booked a car rental through them which was super easy as pick up and drop off was there at the hotel. We also booked a sunset cruise through them which again pick up and drop off was directly at the hotel. Everything was very convenient and we absolutely would come stay here again. The room was very spacious as we booked a suite. And everything was very clean in our room and around the hotel.

Amazing Staff and Hotel

Amazing staff, Maria receptionist was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Spiros and Litsa at the bar and breakfast were the best We even told the owner that we will come back again because of your staff. Never mind that that location of the hotel was very good and accessible to all part of island.

All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have an incredible stay, they helped us plan and organize everything and we’re SO welcoming. This hotel was so beautiful. The rooms were very spacious. Cleaning and restock was done everyday. The hostess recommendations were excellent from restaurant to wine tours and times of when to arrive to our destination so we don’t run into lots of people. Breakfast every morning was excellent! We had a wonderful time in our stay at the Onyx. The true standout is the friendliness, kindness and attention of the staff from Maria and Denisa at the front desk to Lida at the bar. They are so attentive to your needs and made great arrangements for dinner and activities as well as arranging transportation. It was a truly enjoyable stay. The accommodations were also very spacious and clean. A 5 star all around!

Highly recommend this place. Staff is amazing and very Helpful. It’s a quieter, hotel away from all the hustle and bustle no noise. Pool is wonderful and so are the rooms. Beds are so comfortable!!! Would definitely come back!

Staff was super friendly, very informative, and so helpful! staff helped arranged transportation to and from the airport upon arrival and for departure. Staff helped with booking for all activities during our stay. Breakfast was also very filling and delicious. Would definitely book again for all future stays in Santorini

We had a very nice stay at Onyx. Everybody at the hotel are so friendly and helpful and they do a lot to create a warm and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed our room, the pool and the tasty breakfast.

Recomendo fortemente esse hotel. Está localizado no meio da ilha de Santorini, sendo assim, pudemos conhecer a ilha inteira. Denissa é a recepcionista mais simpática, comunicativa, atenciosa e empática que já conheci dentre tantas viagens pelo mundo. As recomendações para locais para conhecermos foi de acordo com nossas espectartivas pessoais. Nos ajudou a conseguir um ótimo passeio de cavalo a um preço melhor que on-line. No último dia, sairíamos antes do início do café da manhã, prontamente providenciou itens que escolhemos na véspera e deixou no frigobar. Não existe lugar melhor para ser acolhido, nos sentimos amados e queridos nesse hotel. Café da manhã delicioso com muitos itens. Arrumação e limpeza nota Dez! Desejo voltar a esses hotel novamente.

We stayed at Onyx for 5 nights and enjoyed the whole experience. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with a permanent smile. Denisa and Maria were an absolute delight to communicate with and they made fabulous recommendations and booked trips / restaurants as required. Our room was clean and very comfortable with a spacious balcony. The hot tub was a bonus and was used every day throughout the stay. The pool area was picture perfect every day and well maintained. The pool bar offered everything we needed, again with a very cheerful and helpful member of staff through to 7pm each day. The hotel was quiet and was an easy 10 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. We walked into Fira a number of times and it took about 25 – 30 minutes although the buses were easy to use into Fira and Oia. We chose Onyx and Santorini to celebrate a special birthday and it was most certainly a very special and memorable place.
