Stayed in the Junior Suite. The room was lovely, spacious, and beautifully presented. The view was absolutely incredible and the whole stay felt peaceful and relaxing. We had breakfast via room service which was a great touch. It was delicious and arrived promptly. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was amazing! The service was phenomenal, they made arrangements easy for us to transport to and from the hotel. The bellboy even carried our luggage from drop off and was there for us to help in our early departure. The hospitality was exceptional as they prepared to-go breakfast for us since we were leaving prior to their breakfast hours. Not only would I highly recommend staying here for the hospitality, it is in the heart of the city and reachable to many attractions.

We booked a Junior Suite which is listed as having a private balcony. We did not get a private balcony and all of the windows in our room were facing the public walkway in front of the pool. Sophia was very helpful and moved us halfway through our stay. There is a bigger problem here because their “junior suites” are all different and given based on “priority” so you don’t know what you’re going to get even though you pay the same. Other than that location was amazing

Probably the best hotel room I ever stayed in with a private terrace and an unbeatable view of the caldera. I travel solo and usually get put in the worst room so couldn't believe my luck. Even if you don't get the same one I stayed in, the hotel location can't be beaten - it's right in the heart of Oia. The staff are super nice and helpful and the in-room breakfast service feels very upscale!!
