My stay at the Luxx Garden Hotel was perfect! The staff (Azra, Can and Isaac) were very attentive and showed the utmost care. The area was perfect for visiting major tourist sites. I was able to go Hagia Sophia both during the day and at night during more calmer times with ease. I would definitely stay again at this property and will recommend it to close family and friends.

Room is terrible, location & breakfast good

Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast although small room for breakfast, no hotel lounge. Room experience: terrible for the price The room was located behind the reception, was cold and extremely small, the door has no card function and it was raining and there was no light outside so i was standing in the rain in front of the door trying to search for the door lock. The water came inside the room till the opposite wall and i put all the towels on the ground, i asked for more towels and they gave me just one! They didn't even apologize for the circumstances. The toilet seat cover was broken and moves right and left! The schwer is wide but the floor is very slippery (be careful).

We stayed here for 4 nights, The location is where you want to be, walkable to many attractions and the T1 tram station which is very convenient. The best part for us was the hotel staff, especially Ufuk and Can (Night shift), they are the best and made our stay extra special. Thank you guys for your hospitality. A++

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again in the future. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean, the internet connection was strong and reliable, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had during our travels: fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. A truly wonderful experience overall!

Small rooms, but close to the action.

This small hotel has a great location close to the big sites in Istanbul. The rooms were very clean, but a lot smaller than the pictures online made them appear. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!

This property is close to several of the places we wanted to visit and relatively close to public transportation. The breakfast buffet is abundant with choices. Staff was helpful answering questions we had along the way and facilitating transportation to and from the airport.

The hotel was accessible to all must-see places in Sultanahmet. Hot and cold breakfast was great. Room is clean. The best part is we were allowed early checked in by the hotel because we arrived from Istanbul International Airport at 2am, arrived in the hotel at 4:30am, they gave us our room for the day instead of waiting for the regular time of 2pm

The location is great, breakfast was ok but very limited hot options. However, the condition of the rooms is quite poor, lights not working, loose cables, broken shower head, broken towels rail. Staff is very friendly but unorganised, had to cha he room after 1 day, 3 days without cleaning the rooms, waiting staff talking loudly outside the windows at 6 am. Windows and doors do not offer any kind of sound proofing. Stay here only if you do not care of having a good night sleep and do no care about property condition.

In two weeks, we walked to Sultanahmet Square, learned how to use the trolley and city bus system, ate famed fish sandwiches and pida from stands by the Galata Bridge, and Luxx Gardens was our reliable base of operations. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast every morning was superb, excellent laundry service, and excellent transfer from the airport to the hotel in a Mercedes SUV.

Cosas malas: Encontramos varias chinches en la cama. Me dijeron que limpiarían la cama con vapor para matarlos. Al día siguiente volvía a haber. Pedimos cambio de habitación y también había una en esa cama. Al final nos tuvimos que aguantar. No nos compensaron nada por eso. En la cama tambíen había pelos de otras personas y algunas manchas amarillas. El personal de limpieza varios días no nos puso papel de Wc y toallas suficientes, o un día nos dejaron la ventana abierta de par en par con el frío que hacía. Parece que no haya comunicación entre personal de limpieza y los de recepción y entre los mismos de recepción ya que cuesta que atiendan una petición y hay que repetirla cada día. El desayuno se hace en la recepción porqué es un hotel muy pequeño. El wc de la habitación es muy pequeño (y teníamos la habitación deluxe extragrande). Cosas buenas. Los de recepción son amables y hacen lo que pueden. El desayuno cada día es diferente y es variado y bueno. La cama es cómoda y la habitación está bien e insonorizada. Calle cerca del centro y barrio agradable. Si no fuese por la higiene de la cama, en general el resto bien.

Chambres conformes aux photos et à la description mais un peu petites (peu de rangements et pas de place pour poser la valise). On était 3 et on a pris 2 chambres jumelées. Des travaux étaient en cours autour de l’immeuble, donc pas d’extérieur accessible. L’isolation de la fenêtre est moyenne (chambre coté rue) mais on a bien dormi car le quartier est calme. Super situation : proche de Topkapi, Ste Sophie, et du tramway. Personnel très gentil mais la chambre n’était pas toujours très bien faite, mais était très propre à notre arrivée. Petits déjeuners corrects: des efforts étaient faits pour varier chaque jour. Bref, on a passé un agréable séjour
