Nothing but good things about this place. The hotel location was great, the room was very quiet (a rarity in Guatemala!) and they were super flexible with my shuttle times, as well as storing my things for an extra day while I was doing an overnight volcano hike. Andy was very responsive on WhatsApp. Would highly recommend!

The hotel was great. It was very quiet, and the service was friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like was how dark the bathroom was. I could not see my face well enough to shave.

The location is perfect. It’s very quiet and only a 10 minute walk to the center. As other reviews have pointed out, the rooms near the reception can get very humid. There was a small air conditioner/humidifier in the room that helped but with only a couple of small windows, air circulation was lacking. The staff are very kind and helpful. The room was clean. The decor is charming, the internet is super fast, and breakfast is good (about $6 extra per day). Not bad if you can tolerate the humidity.
