O atendimento é atencioso, as instalações são limpas, confortáveis e atenderam bem nossas expectativas. As refeições são variadas e atendem todas as necessidades de restrições alimentares. Nosso único problema foi com as reservas de restaurantes temáticos, tendo em vista que o check in começa qdo encerra as reservas para o dia seguinte e só é possível reservar com o número do quarto.

Hotel muito limpo, novo, ótima estrutura, muita comida, muita variação de comida, e comida muito boa. O atendimento é padrão, assim como em outros paises do caribe, ou ate mesmo no brasil, o atendimento depende das pessoas, tem gente muito boa, simpatica, solicita, tem gente ruim, num dia ruim... basicamente o hotel é otimo, um allinclusive excelente, com chopp hieniken (nem sempre gelado) e com muita opção de divertimento. Lembrando, a maior parte das atrações de Resort estão no hotel ao lado da mesma rede, onde o acesso dos hospedes do RIF é liberada, o contrário não pode, mas as atividades, academia, agito, acontece no outro hotel, são ligados, quase se confundem não tem crise nisso, se tiver a opção dos dois escolher o RIF é melhor.

A estrutra do hotel é muito boa porém serviço deixa a desejar, a impressão é o que o pessoal do hotel está trabalhando na obrigação. Precisam buscar melhorar isto para que a estadia se torne completa. Reposições no quarto demoradas e muitas vezes não era feita no dia.

O hotel tem boa structural e está bem conservatory, poré tudo que está relacionado aos serviços deixou a desejar! Pouquíssimos funcionários simpáticos, a grande maioria atendendo de cara feia . Limpeza precária, tanto do quarto como das áreas comuns. Vários copos e restos de bebida em volta da piscina que não eram recolhidos No restaurante a la carte foi a pior experiência possível! Confuso, demorado, pratos que foram pedidos nunca chegaram na mesa. Nem a bebida era trazida. Pedimos para que deixassem a garrafa de vinho na mesa, uma vez que estávamos em 17 pessoas e todos iriam beber vinho! Falaram que era proibido, trouxeram umas dez taças para todo o grupo e não trouxeram mais. A minha bebida nunca chegou. Por 02 vezes o prato de uma amiga nunca veio. Fez uma queixa diretamente para a responsável, sem muito efeito. Recepção pouco atenciosa, sem vontade de ajudar! Resumindo, decepcionante. Serviço ruim , com mais de 80%dos funcionários de má vontade!

As instalações do hotel, área externa com piscina e praia e o quarto eram bons. Mas o restaurante deixou muito a desejar. Comida de má qualidade, com variedade mas mal feita. E o Harbor a la carte demorava para trazer os pratos e trazia pedidos trocados. E o cardápio era com poucas opções. Poucos funcionários atendiam bem, parecia que estavam ali fazendo favor.

En general la atención es mala, el personal no tiene actitud de servicio, un par de días no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto, en los bares niegan bebidas o las preparan de mala gana, en la alberca pasan horas hasta que vuelven a colocar toallas limpias, los restaurantes que son con reserva tienen opciones limitadas en platillos y solo tienes una hora para comer, en el resto de los restaurantes hay poca atención del personal.

Our room condition was peeling paint on the wall, therefore, we had informed the desk and they made us wait for approximately one hour to find a new room. The service was slow pace and do not expect all staffs to be friendly. One suggestion, need to create effective restrictions on smoking areas in a facility. It is true that everyone is allowed to smoke in any location.

So I have to say not a recommendation to stay at The Rif. I will give this hotel a 3 out of 5 rating. On arrival we went to make dinner reservations and no friendly welcome from the staff at the desk. They proceeded to tell us they were all booked for the day and only buffet was available. I requested reservation for the following day and they said that was booked as well. Not accommodating at all. The buffet was ok but not the dining experience we look for at all inclusive resort. There are no upscale or indoor restaurants. All the restaurants are outdoor seating only. The Seafood and BBQ were the only ones we were able to dine at and both were pretty good and great service. Next day we headed out early to the pool and no towels available throughout the resort. They launder off site and didn’t receive the them until 1pm. Totally unacceptable for a Hilton property. Tip- grab towels for the next day as they arrive. The RIF side is super quiet, no music at the pool, mostly people reading. The Coco Bar pool at The Mangrove side is much livelier with music and a swim up bar, had a much better experience there. They have a grill and food options. The staff were not very friendly.The Rif bar was staffed with young men who were not attentive at all. Coco Bar staff were much better. Waitress Carella at Seafood restaurant was very friendly. The pros are the property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and bed was comfy. Close proximity to downtown. I would not return.

Puedo confirmar que la comida es maravillosamente deliciosa, el hotel muy lindo, pero mi puntuación es muy baja, ya que, el servicio al cliente en recepción, de los restaurantes y los bares es de los más malos que hemos recibido, da hasta pereza pedirles algo ya que andan de muy mal humor siempre y todo lo hacen de mala cara todos los días, hasta da pereza pedirles algo, no hay buenos shows y el punto más crítico de mi viaje, el precio indica incluir el "room service" pero al llegar al hotel te cobran $15 cada vez que llamas. Mi consejo? Por ese precio hay mejores cadenas de hoteles más finos, más económicos y con mejores servicios.

This resort exceeded my expectations, the staff is super friendly and amenities are more than ample. Clean and well manicured surroundings, good quality food and beverages with lots of options. Comfortable and modern designed rooms, toiletries included, great views!!! I would totally recommend, awesome experience!
