我們住在Galatea Suite。房間整潔並且符合相片所示。 服務很週到。員工主動推介附近景點及餐廳，有主動幫忙提行李。入住時空調滴水，員工立即找技工處理並於一小時內修理好。 早餐是入住時揀選時間及款式，然後到約定時間直接送到露台。早餐整體可口，但選款式不算多，但夠飽，亦有漏送款式情況，但問題不大。 除了以上的空調問題，電視好像不太能運作，但在費拉不是去看海景就是出去逛，電視壞了亦沒甚實際影響，所以並不影響評價。 私人按摩池是一絕。景觀對正日落。如烈日當空，池的範圍亦有遮陽的地方。池的私隱度亦足夠，近處的大街遊客不會看到，只有附近數個房間的露台會看到。(注意：個人覺得同一酒店的其他房間的私隱度分別很大。如Astrophelia的露台很大，但會有其他房客穿過。) 酒店位置一流，2分鐘到大街，5分鐘可到超市，帶上行李15分鐘內可到巴士總站(如走教堂旁的階梯，更可10分鐘內到達)。只是正門風景太好，經常有旅客拍照，妨礙出入。 由於街上都是鋪石春路，帶上行李走冤枉路會相當痛苦，建議不要臨時查Google Map，入住前先看地圖查出路線。

A place which in postcard

Best of the best ! Just located in the center of Fira but quiet enough as it is built on the slope of cliff. All the facilities are new and useful , including the bathtub which is under good maintenance. Generous breakfast with magnificent view! You can deposit your luggage in the reception room after checking out until 10:00 pm. It's easy for those who will take night flight or ferry. A little tough thing is you should carry your luggage with a long staircases from the front gate to your room.(A common problem in Santorini) ------------------------------------------------------------ 超级棒的地段，费拉汽车站上坡走到主街，大教堂对面就是它的入口了。住在悬崖酒店除了欣赏美景之外完全不用担心主街的酒吧吵到你，好好享受按摩浴缸吧，水很干净，且非常私密。 早餐很丰盛，看着蓝蓝的爱琴海真是一种享受。 如果你当天晚上要搭飞机或轮渡，可以把行李寄存在前台直到晚上10点，非常方便哦。 唯一的小问题是，从入口到你的房间，需要拖着箱子爬很长一段楼梯（当然圣岛所有悬崖酒店都有这个问题啦）

非常棒的环境，我们前两天住OIA，后两天住这里，觉得FIRA更好，更豪气，个人感觉。酒店服务相当到位，到之前会邮件和电话确认是否需要帮助，帮助介绍餐馆和预定租车，而且早餐相当准时（我非常满意），checkout那天是一早就要走，服务人员起大早帮我们做三明治，非常敬业（一般早餐8：30才开始，那里都是休闲度假的睡懒觉）

Santorini Special

This was classic Santorini as you see in all the pictures. Almost felt unreal (in a good way). The host was fantastic - helpful and friendly. We enjoyed his company very much. Location is fantastic if you like night life, shopping, and good dining options. The breakfast served on the patio was delicious and timely. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable.

On a trip full of wonderful stays and views, this one definitely stood out in the best way!! Just steps off the main road of Fira, it is perfectly located to get the best the island has to offer. Because the rooms are back in a cave however, they remain blissfully quiet despite the bustling surroundings. The staff- IMPECCABLE!! We didn’t carry our bags once and had a delightful breakfast timed and made to order every morning, plus it was service with a smile!! The private balcony was perfect for laying out in the day and watching the sunset at night. Would LOVE to make it back here in life, please do yourself a favor and stay!!

Definitely will be returning! George was able to accommodate an early check in, as well as provide us with the best dining options of the island and even made reservations for us. The view from the suite was the best on the island as we had our own private view of the sunset.

We didnt stay overnight but we booked the room for a place for the boys to get dressed and ready on our wedding day and they were super accommodating about that and it was right next to our venue at the Athina luxury suites. They were very kind and it was an added good experience to a very big day in our lives. When we go back to Santorini we will be staying there again for sure!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el administrador muy amable, en general limpio, nos guardaron las maletas hasta las 5 porque el check out era a las 11 am muy temprano…Lo peor fue q escogimos este hotel para ver el atardecer y disfrutar del jacuzzi, tener privacidad… la cual no tuvimos el jacuzzi lo usamos solo x 1 hora y con el agua fría, en la tarde todo el tiempo el técnico estuvo intentado arreglar el jacuzzi pero no lo pudo hacer, no podíamos disfrutar del balcón porque estaba ocupado con ellos, ademas la puerta de afuera no tiene llave y ellos pueden ingresar cuando quieran, no hay privacidad, el administrador solo dio las disculpas pero pagamos mucho para no disfrutar. En la tarde estuvimos esperando el sunset y el técnico no se quería ir y se enojó porque le dijimos q no podíamos esperar para ver si l atardecer.

Perfection

After travelling the world to some really cool places over the years, we rarely get that ‘wow’ moment - until we saw our room here! Genuinely, takes your breath away when you see the 180 degree Caldera view from the fully furnished terrace - a room we’ll crave returning to, just a shame we only stayed for 2 nights. To add to the sheer beauty of the room and view, the service couldn’t have been any better. We were met at the taxi rank and had our bags taken to the hotel (even when we arrived at the promenade front gate to the hotel, the view was barely believable!). George the Manager was brilliant, gave us lots of info on the local area and was such a lovely guy. The best part of the check in was selecting which freshly made to order items you wanted for breakfast the following day - which is then delivered to your room at your desired time and set up on your own private balcony with the ‘wow’ view! This just completed the experience! Honestly, a really great place which we will 100% return to - I’m already missing that room with a view. Perfection.
