Absolutely do NOT book this apartment!! My original email had issues and I was not receiving any messages about the rental. I sent the landlord two emails with my updated email address, and I called countless times, leaving multiple voicemails. I also left messages through Hotel.com and their app, yet the landlord never answered calls, never responded to emails, and never replied to any messages. I even waited outside the apartment for hours, only to finally have to book a hotel at the last minute. Not only did I lose long-distance phone charges, but I also lost precious travel time and spent a significant amount of time on the phone with Hotel.com, all to be told in the end that they would NOT refund me. I am strongly warning everyone: do NOT book this apartment. The location is hard to find and easy to get lost. There is no responsible person in charge at all. I also strongly advise against using Hotel.com to book accommodations — they are extremely irresponsible and completely pass the buck. I am incredibly, extremely disappointed!
