Everything was excellent, clean, gentle and helping staff. The only comment is that there is no proper sound proofing between the rooms. Othere than that i give 5 stars

Not a very pleasant stay

Room was OK. The lifts need serious repairs. It took us 10 min to get the lift and get to our room. We checked in one room and they had a lounge just above our room so it was very noisy where as the details of the room say noise proof rooms. We had to request and change the room which they did for us. As soon as we got in the room we heard some girls shouting in the lift as the lift had stopped working and they were stuck. For breakfast it was surprising that we had to pay extra for a hot chocolate and for eggs. Those are basic things which should be a part of a breakfast. On the other side the staff was very helpful. As soon as we complained they changed the room for us. During check out one of the staffs really tried hard to get us a taxi. Unfortunately I personally wouldn't go again to the hotel

great location.. bad experience..

Bathroom privacy is a concern.. Aircon did not work properly.. they were not able to fix.. lift buttons need some work.. Sloppy housekeeping.. bathrooms had been recently renovated.. still had construction dust.. took away 4 towels and then replaced 3.. Horrible breakfast experience .. no buffet.. so must take their set meal with beef (we are vegetarians).. not interested in our inputs.. no replacements offered.. charged extra even though we didnt take their set meal..

The mini fridge was broken We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping was done despite us putting a sign on the door and also calling reception to inform them no housekeeping was done and they said they would send someone but they never did. Utterly unprofessional staff. I do not know how this hotel is still operating

De ligging van het hotel is super. Je bent echt overal dichtbij. Het is een 4-sterren hotel in een grote stad. Wij hadden hierbij geen hoge verwachtingen, maar wij hebben het niet prettig ervaren. Schuifdeur van de klerenkast in de kamer schoof niet, wc knop werkte alleen als je beide knoppen te gelijk indrukte, ventilatie in de badkamer maakte enorm geluid en die van de kamer kwam vieze lucht uit. Wij verbleven op de 2e verdieping en op de 4e verdieping werden er kamers gebouwd dus werden we ook nog eens elke ochtend wakker met geboor!

Établissement correct, très mal isolé, beaucoup de bruit et il fait très froid dans la chambre malgré le chauffage. Sinon chambre correct, hôtel bien situé et un bon resto chicha sur le toit qui rattrape un peu le reste.
