The Print House is a fine place to stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's small, just six rooms (a mix of single and double rooms). The two rooms that I saw had A/C. Comfortable beds and good linens. The rooms have refrigerators and water kettles but no safes. All the rooms use the same key and there are no in-room safes. The location is great, 5 mins or less to Aya Sophia and Topkapi. The hotel has no parking but there are a couple of pay lots for parking nearby. Breakfast is generous but doesn't start until 9am. If you're a morning person you can get in a walk before you eat.

Check in was poor. Bad communication and manager was so rude! The chap at reception (who couldn't speak English at all) had to call the manager as me and my husband had been allocated a twin bed room (2 single beds). The Print House had confirmed by email a double bed room on the third floor back on 23rd June 2024. The manager was argumentative and eventually agreed to give a different room the day after. This was only when a picture message from my phone was sent to him as proof. No room was given the next day. Just based of the service and tone of the manager. I would not stay here again!

⛔️ HEALTH HAZARD . Air conditioning unit barely worked, a moldy smell coming from it ,when it did it work only added to the stench. Opened the window for ventilation. Mold in the shower was alarming❗️ first night no hot water, no instructions for the breakfast in another hotel up the street . Internet was impossible to sign on to... could the modem have been off ? Then turned on when I mentioned it? It worked fine after I mentioned the difficulty.. The girl who checked us in helped with luggage and showed us how to get to museum. She did her best in a very difficult situation , she didn’t feel well ..... could it be the moldy environment she’s working in ? she apologized numerous times for all the things she had absolutely no control over . Mentioning the moldy environment concerns to her wold have been futile and out of her scope of responsibilities., the mold issues are the building owners responsibility . This forum is more appropriate hopefully concerns reach the responsible person. . This hotel should not be represented by Expedia ❌🚱 on a positive note The bed and dressing area were clean.

When I arrived at the hotel they said that the hotel is fully booked, although I booked more than one month in advance, they offered other rooms at another hotel which are one of the worst I have seen. The hotel has a change of management and definitely a change of quality. If you want to not get the rooms you booked then go ahead.

Sehr zentrales & neues Hotel mit klasse Gastgäbern

Ich hatte 1 Woche ein Doppelbettzimmer. DAS Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Ich empfehle jedem den Airportshutle vom Hotel zu nutzen - es ist sicher, unkompliziert und günstig. Die Gastgäber waren immer freundlich und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit mit Ratschlägen. Bei Bedarf konnte ich kostenmos ihr Telefon nutzen usw. Istanbul ist eine schöne und sichere Stadt. Man braucht keine Bedenken bzgl. Der Sicherheitslage zu haben. Ich werde definitiv das Hotel nochmal bei meiner nächsten Istanbul-Reise besuchen.

Quality is great related to the price. We stayed 3 nights during our visit of Istanbul. Staff is helpfull. Only minus is that there is no elivator, we had a room at the fourth floor en a lot of baggage. Conclusion: Good clean hotel, for a good price. Location is also great!! Minus is there is no elivator.

Rezervasyonu bir gun once yaptigimiz ve maille onay aldigimiz otele varisimizda bir sorun yasandigini ve otelde yer olmadigini ogrendik. Randevumuza iki saat kalmisken elimizde esyalarimizla kapida kaldigimiz otel sahibi bizi baska bir otele yonlendirecegini soyledi. Su durumda en azindan otelle ayni seviyede bir otel ayarlanmis olsaydi yapilanin bir hata oldugunu dusunebilirdim. Fakat bizi yolladiklari ve ne vaktimiz ne halimiz olmadigi icin kabul etmek zorunda kaldigimiz otelin hem kalite olarak hemde daha sonra kontrol ettigimizde verdigimiz paranin yarisina tutabilecemiz bir yer oldugunu gorduk. Bunun iyi niyetle yapilacak birsey oldugunu dusunmuyorum. Kendileriyle gorustugumuzde yine buyuk bir rahatlikla guya farki hesaplayarak 30tl vermis hotels.com a diger otele kesinti yaptiklari icin bir ton laf soylemislerdir. Boyle yerlerin ozellikle bunun gibi turistik yerlerde olmamasi gerektigini dusunuyorum.

Hotel has good and spacious rooms. It is a small hotel but still the rooms are of good size and you don't get bothered by sounds from next room. We had a city view room but it was on 4th floor and there was no elevator so it was a tough thing especially while carrying luggage or shopping bags. Would not recommend upper floor rooms for elderly people. Breakfast was poor. On both days of our stay, the cooking lady told us that eggs are finished and we had to eat just cold bread with butter and coffee. There were very few things for breakfast and only one type of juice. The staff is good though.
