My favorite hotel on our three-week vacation in Brazil. The facilities and setting are reminiscent of a Bali villa. Gorgeous pool area and outdoor seating / dining. Lots of little nooks and crannies where you can sit and read or talk quietly. Beautiful local art (sculptures and paintings) all around the property. Good breakfast buffet, and the dinner we ate there was also delicious. It feels like you are in the middle of the jungle, but in fact, you are right in the middle of historic Olinda with everything in easy walking distance. The staff were polite and helpful. Top notch stay!

The grounds are beautiful. The pool is absolutely lovely. It is an oasis in the middle of Olinda. I had a wonderful massage. The staff does not speak much English but with google translate I was able to communicate easily.

The 7 Colinas hotel is in a terrific location in the center of everything in Olinda, the garden is gorgeous and extremely well taken care of by numerous gardeners on the job constantly. The rooms, however, need work. The air conditioner was old, noisy, and ice-cold no matter what setting. There were also way too many bugs in the rooms (mosquitos, cockroaches, ants, and bed bugs attacking all night long). They need to do some serious upgrades before we would return.
