Our stay was very frustrating and unpleasant. Terrible communication and service. We booked 2 nights for a room for 3 in March. 1. Poorly maintained. The broken heater was the main issue because it was very cold during our 2 night stay. It was 30-40 degrees F’ during our stay. 2. The shower didn’t drain. We were standing in 4 in. of water. The bathroom door handle was broken and didn’t latch and close. 3. The young woman at the front desk knew little information but tried to help with her limited English. We were told that it was too late in the evening to fix the heater and would have to wait until the next day. We asked for another room and were told that they had none available. We saw rooms available online. We asked for extra blankets. We slept with heavy sweaters and pants to stay warm. We emailed the manager due to the heater not working and shower but we received no response. We received no communication from the front desk during the next day. When we returned to our hotel the second night, the heater worked but then stopped working again. We do not know if anyone came to fix the heater because they did not communicate with us. None of these issues were addressed during our two days stay. We should have been offered a reimbursement or another room but were not. At check out we did not feel that it was worth wasting more time on our vacation discussing things but we did tell them that the heater was still broken. Very disappointed with this hotel.

This is very nice hotel with lots of newer facilities. we like it very much. It looks like each room has its own set up based on the specifical location and slope. We are easy to roam around area because of much less people this time. The only complain is it has staff (very nice guy) only from 8am - 4pm. We communicated with the hotel thru Hotels.com one day before arriving, and told them we would be taking the afternoon flight and arrive there around 6-6:15 pm. But no body was there in reception when we got there. It was very windy and cold. we called the # left on window, even we knew it would be costly by using US cell phone to call Greece #, but failed. then we tried to text to the #, and this time was successful, and got responded. The issue, I was told by the staff later on, was there was no communication between this hotel and hotels.com, so the info I sent to the hotel was not received by them at all. In addition, there was no Internet at the hotel because the hotel's internet provider had issues. It caused some issues for us as well.
