Great hotel

The hotel facilities are very new, modern appliances, the shower was amazing! Some small issues, such as: there is no AC (just central heating) and at night the room gets hot, also the fact that the breakfast is not a buffet, which is kinda unconfortable (but its ok considering most of the properties dont even offer breakfast). Location was incredible, very near taksim and istklal and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

The location was a few minutes walk to the Taksim Square. The staffs were professional and friendly. The service was so quick that surprised me in some cases 😅 Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was gorgeous with a view of the Bosporus and bridge. The room was clean and beautiful but not very big. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in the heart of the busy neighborhood of Istanbul but the room noise isolation was great and we had comfortable and quiet night. Overall great and I’ll definitely consider this hotel whenever I return back to Istanbul

Appreciation and Feedback on My Stay at AKK Hotel

Firstly, I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the breakfast and restaurant staff on the 6th floor. Unsal Yagucmen, Ramazan, Oguzcan, Gizem, Hazef, and Idil were truly commendable. Their cheerful and accommodating demeanor greatly enhanced our dining experiences, and their professionalism did not go unnoticed. Additionally, the reception team was very accommodating. After facing issues with the air conditioning in our initial room, they were prompt in relocating us to another room and addressed concerns regarding the noise from the cleaning staff early in the morning. Their hands-on approach and swift resolution of these issues were greatly appreciated. Despite these positive aspects, there were challenges during our stay, particularly with the initial room temperature and noise disturbances from the street and hotel refrigerator. These issues marred what could have been a more restful experience.

The hotel is located in a very good place close to Task square main strip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you are a light sleeping not the best place to stay as Friday to Sunday nights are very loud on streets due to clubs.
