Disgusting! I could not have gotten in without help of another guest No bathroom tissue, lumpy bed, horrible shower NO hot water!! Smoke detector beeped all night I will never book with you again Thank God I found another place to stay

There are better options out there.

I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded for the two reservations I made with them. They said it would be refunded the same day, but they haven't refunded it or responded to me. By the way, I NEED MY DEPOSIT The room was very basic and did not have toilet paper. Access is difficult. The location was good for our needs, but the hotel leaves much to be desired. I think there are better options.

Un detalle a mejorar es que hagan limpieza diaria, y que quiten el letrero en la entrada que dice clausurado, me gusta la decoración en las áreas comunes y estando en la habitación me gusta que tenga cocina equipada. Sobrevendieron habitaciones. Aunque nos dejaron la primera noche, ya no nos dejaron otras dos noches que reservé. Creo que el hotel debe estar pendiente del aviso de esta aplicación. O la aplicación "Hotels.com" debe mejorar comunicación y observación de los hoteles relacionados para evitar estos problemas de sus clientes.
