Halima went the extra mile and provided me with a lovely room on the 7th floor with stunning views. Thank youuu :) Both staff were professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. "For the price, the room is very small with a Little sink. But well located next to Paddington station. Everything was going well until the last morning I fell over in the shower place. Sloppy and skippers floor with nothing to hold on to. I fell on my left side, the left hand is really aching. There is no way to report the accident at the hôtel…The place is insane. I do not recommend."
