"My stay here was exceptional to say the least. The amenities were on point and the host was amazing. Honestly I never had any issues with anything during my stay. One of the things that I liked most was that the host was able to extend my stay which made all the difference during my transition. The location was peaceful, clean and secure. Anyone looking for a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy your time in Philadelphia, this is by far would be my top pick for you.. Definitely will visit again...

"Great room, especially for my time in Philadelphia. The location was decent, as it was close to a SEPTA station. But there are not too many grocery stores within walking distance. There was also a tiny hole in the ceiling that showed some exposed wires. "

"The parking lot is best for compact or smaller size cars, but it's secure and directly on the property. Rooms are a tad dated but were clean and quiet. Staff was courteous and helpful!"

"Excellent location proximate to both Penn and Drexel campuses. A short run to the Schuylkill Riverfront Trail which is a great place to run if you’re into that. Plenty of delicious restaurants in the neighborhood. It is undergoing renovations but we weren’t in hotel during the day so the noise we were warned about didn’t bother us. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Our room was very clean & bed was extremely comfortable. Cesar & Jeannette were great hosts and accommodating. Communication was very good and all our questions about Philly were answered via texts or in-person chatting. Hope to return for a longer stay!"

"Close enough to the city yet quiet and convenient. TGIF and Panera next door very handy. Hotel front desk and coffee shop staff were courteous, went out of their way to answer questions/concerns. Room was well appointed, comfortable and large enough for our 4-night stay. Coffee supplies were not refilled for few of our days but the front desk offered us complimentary coffee at the excellent on-site cafe/restaurant. We appreciated the very convenient and friendly shuttle service a couple of times...

"Lovely hotel on Penn campus. Staff was very nice friendly and helpful! Extra compliments to morning breakfast hostess and Bartender Thursday night in the Living Room. Although we don’t have a connection to Penn it is close to my sons new address in West Philly"

"I had to stay at the Homewood Suites city Avenue Philadelphia due to a plumbing emergency at my home. The staff could not be more accommodating! Often going above and beyond what was expected. It’s a convenient, clean, comfortable hotel that connects to the Hilton with additional amenities there. "
