"“5-Star Fraud” – Ocean Riviera Paradise ⭐ 1/5 – 5-STAR FRAUD This hotel is a complete scam. It’s advertised as a 5-star resort, but the reality is far from it. Severely understaffed, slow and disorganized service, and poor customer attention. The food is very low quality, with limited options and endless lines for everything, even the buffet. Several times we couldn’t even get into the restaurants. The beach is full of rocks and seaweed, not what you expect in Cancun. You pay for luxury and get chaos instead. Do not recommend at all. There are much better options for the same price. “Fraude de 5 estrellas” – Ocean Riviera Paradise ⭐ 1/5 – FRAUDE DE 5 ESTRELLAS Este hotel es un engaño total. Lo venden como 5 estrellas, pero la realidad es completamente diferente. Falta de personal en todas las áreas, servicio lento, desorganizado y con muy mala atención. La comida es de pésima calidad, con muy pocas opciones y colas interminables para todo, incluso para el buffet. En varias ocasiones ni siquiera pudimos entrar a los restaurantes. La playa está llena de rocas y algas, nada que ver con lo que uno espera en Cancún. Pagas por lujo y recibes una experiencia caótica. No lo recomiendo para nada.
