Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel pool is nice. If you are Hyatt member, be sure to use the sauna for free. First timer ask staff to walk you through the process of using the sauna. "Service is great and staffs are very friendly. Service is one of the best Sheraton I have stayed around the world. Room and linens are clean. Bathroom is big enough but the arrangement can be better, a minor design issue. Location is in North Hsinchu which is far from the old Hsinchu downtown. Having visited Hsinchu many times over the last 18 years, I think this is the best hotel overall in Hsinchu and Ambassador hotel, located in the old downtown Hsinchu, being second best. "

"Convenient location just right off the metro station, next to Sogo department store, and many good restaurants. Yoga was relaxing and rejuvenating, never thought able to take yoga class while traveling, a real treat to my busy schedule. Room was clean and love this zen type of atmosphere. And make sure you book to experience Chinese tea session after breakfast, an absolute retreat to a busy schedule. Highly recommend!"
