"Service is great and staffs are very friendly. Service is one of the best Sheraton I have stayed around the world. Room and linens are clean. Bathroom is big enough but the arrangement can be better, a minor design issue. Location is in North Hsinchu which is far from the old Hsinchu downtown. Having visited Hsinchu many times over the last 18 years, I think this is the best hotel overall in Hsinchu and Ambassador hotel, located in the old downtown Hsinchu, being second best. "

"The staff from 5 Floor was willing to help my laundry while I was running late for my family catching up. Susan was able to provide the solution and she made my staying at hotel very comfortable. Same as the manager from the breakfast restaurant, they let me enjoy the breakfast and working on the payment later. They are very nice. I will definitely come back again. Thank you "

"1- To have ADA rooms in the hotel to accommodate wheelchair access and disabled people accommodations: Incase of fire how is disabled person evacuation possible on ten floors room? 2. Also to have basic hygiene products in the bathroom. They the only holiday in I have ever seen selling clients tooth paste and tooth brush. 3. Also the only holiday inn without breakfast included. Also 4. Hotel is located in dead remote area."

"Short walk from metro station. Safe and well lighting walking path to hotel. Hotel has sign directions at multiple locations from Dayuan metro station. Breakfast is very good."

"Located behind Gloria Outlets, a 10 min walk from Taoyuan MRT and HSR. Hotel is linked to a mall. Check in at 4pm. Room is spacious and comfortable. They provide container to get water from dispenser located at corridor. Good spread for buffet breakfast. Family mart and PX Supermarket located 1 street behind hotel. "

"I like breakfast. plenty of good quality foods and delicious. Room and hotel are clean. There are food shared space to seat and wait. Staff are nice and helpful. It was pretty cold and rainy during out stay. A heater was put to our room the next day as well as a dehumidifier."

Not close to train stations but buses and taxi or uber works well! Variety choices on breakfast, self served fresh fruit juice, yummy and healthy! Recommended!!!"
