"We had an overall good stay at this resort. At first, we were placed on the third floor and the room felt so far from everything, it felt like a maze trying to find my way around so I asked for a closer room and was moved as soon as one was available, thanks to Manuel! The new room was close to the pools and lobby. It was great. We visited the gym too and it was great. Updated equipment with infused water and energizing snacks. The food at the restaurants was pretty good. The pools were always packed and they will ask you to rent their cabanas for a fee. With the cabanas, they bring you food and drinks all day. We found it to be worth it! The staff were all SO friendly and pleasant. You can tell they really enjoy working there. I didn’t run into even one unpleasant staff member. The only downside to this resort is that if you’re here for the beach like me , just know that it’s extremely rocky to the point it’s almost impossible to get in. It really hurts your feet. There is an area a little further away that’s more public and easier to get in, but it stinks and isn’t as clean. If you don’t care for the beach and would rather swim in the pools, this place is perfect for you. I also wanted to say thank you for the slice of cake for my birthday that was left in our room. It made my day. "

"I absolutely love this hotel. I stayed here a few times while it was still the Grand Hyatt but now that it is Devossion & All-inclusive it is amazing. All the staff is super nice and welcoming. They took care of us in every aspect. If you are looking for the best resort in Playa this is the one for you! Great location, clean, amazing views and the service is the best. We ate at all the restaurants and the food is delicious. Also had a massage done at their spa and I loved it. We will definitely be back soon! "

Severely understaffed, slow and disorganized service, and poor customer attention. The food is very low quality, with limited options and endless lines for everything, even the buffet. Several times we couldn’t even get into the restaurants. The beach is full of rocks and seaweed, not what you expect in Cancun. You pay for luxury and get chaos instead. Do not recommend at all. There are much better options for the same price. “Fraude de 5 estrellas” – Ocean Riviera Paradise ⭐ 1/5 – FRAUDE DE 5 ESTRELLAS Este hotel es un engaño total. Lo venden como 5 estrellas, pero la realidad es completamente diferente. Falta de personal en todas las áreas, servicio lento, desorganizado y con muy mala atención. La comida es de pésima calidad, con muy pocas opciones y colas interminables para todo, incluso para el buffet. En varias ocasiones ni siquiera pudimos entrar a los restaurantes. La playa está llena de rocas y algas, nada que ver con lo que uno espera en Cancún. Pagas por lujo y recibes una experiencia caótica. No lo recomiendo para nada. Hay opciones mucho mejores por el mismo precio. "
