"Fabulous Location. Can be loud in the evenings as the action on the Piazza increases, but you can't beat it for shopping, walking, or taxis. Top notch Breakfast Room with attentive, professional staff. Everyone was friendly and Helpful throughout our lengthy stay. Modern bathroom and amenities, very spacious room. Excellent overall stay that let us enjoy the energy of the City and access to its attractions. Two elevators are helpful with luggage and late night access. Well worth the price. Spa was a nice addition for some. Highly recommend, but hope its available when we return!"

"Overall, we had a good stay at Hotel Milu. The location is excellent and made it very easy to explore Florence on foot. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which we appreciated. That said, there were a few areas where the hotel did not quite meet our expectations, especially considering the price point and four-star rating. The room was not as clean as we expected upon arrival, and the child bed we had requested was not set up and ready when we checked in. While these issues were eventually addressed, it would have been nice to have everything prepared in advance. For the price charged, we expected a higher level of attention to detail and room readiness. The hotel has many strengths, particularly its location and staff, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping and preparation for arriving guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but we believe the value for money could be better."

"The location of this property is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was nice. Our bedroom was a good size, although the bathroom was a little small (particularly the shower). Not a problem for us, but a larger sized person will want to think about this. This property is on the fourth floor of a building and unfortunately while we were there, the elevator was out of service. The staff carried luggage up and down the stairs, but we still walked down and up the stairs a few times each day. Also, the terrace and bar were closed while the elevator was being repaired."

"The hotel was a fantastic choice for our first trip to Florence. Located within the heart to Florence it gave my wife and I easy access to all of the sights, and served as home base during the hot weather. The room was clean and the service was top notch. Thank you for making this birthday trip for my wife so memorable!"
