"Tableware great but bring cooking needs."

"If you are placed in the older building, you will feel like you've been "catfished" (tricked)... The pictures online do not reflect the older accomodations. You'd be staying with stained yellow carpeting (possibly from the 1980s??), broken cabinets, exposed electrical, a bathtub faucet that didn't stop dripping, actual dirt and grime, a couch with old cigarette burns, a broken elevator, etc. When I complained, we were moved into the newer, remodeled building but I would not stay there again. I can provide pictures to support the above info."

"We stayed here for one night as a quick stop near the airport, and overall it was a mixed experience. Right at check-in, there was a sign stating that guests within a 40-mile radius are not allowed to rent a room. That immediately gave us some concern about the area and the type of activity they may be trying to prevent. We arrived late and didn’t notice the condition of the room until the next morning, but the floors had visible dust and hair throughout, which made it feel like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The most uncomfortable part of the stay was waking up around midnight to a large unknown bug crawling on my arm. It was big enough that I grabbed it and threw it across the room, but I couldn’t find it afterward, which made it tough to get back to sleep. There was also quite a bit of noise overnight—car locks beeping and people talking loudly outside (especially around 2 AM), which disrupted sleep. That said, the staff was a definite highlight. They were friendly, helpful, and seemed willing to accommodate guests’ needs. The airport shuttle service was also a huge bonus and made getting to the airport easy and convenient. Overall, this place might work if you just need a cheap, quick stay near the airport, but between the cleanliness issues, noise, and overall environment, I’d probably look elsewhere next time."

"The cleanliness was the biggest issue. Travis (the evening shift manager) was the second. Terrible customer service, bad for the company’s reputation. Every other person was very nice and very helpful regarding my huge concern about our room being unsanitary. "

"The staff was extremely friendly. They were clearly working on the rooms and the pool area because you could tell there was a lot of construction mess everywhere. But you could tell they also did not clean the rooms as well as they should have. There was mysterious stains on the walls. I sat down to go pee, and the door was closed, and I could see drips of some kind of liquid all over the door. I swear there was a booger on the wall on my left. There was mold in the bathroom. The parking lot only has one entrance. "

"A/C could not be controlled in the room. The bed was the lumpiest I have ever slept on and the pillows were unbearable. The shower was tiny and the water drained so slowly that it would overflow within a few minutes, even though the water pressure was extremely low. The temperature of the water suddenly and repeatedly would become scalding. "
