"We just returned from a weeklong trip to Xcaret Arte. What a beautiful resort! We had the basic Garden Suite and the room was gorgeous! The food was the best we have ever had at an all-inclusive resort. The staff at the resort is very friendly and they go out of their way to make your stay special. The free transportation and entrance to the various Xcaret parks was the cherry on top. We highly recommend this resort. I can’t wait to return!"

"The room, staff, drinks, food, and activities were absolutely amazing. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. You can see the ocean from the lower pool area. The only thing to note, the property itself is beautiful but there is not a large actual beachfront to this property. There is a small section of sandy shore on the north side of the property that is relatively secluded from the rest of the resort. When booking here I wasn’t aware it was only a small section but it did not take away from the experience at this resort. So if you are simply wanting only sandy beachfront sitting you can still get that here it will just be in a smaller setting. But the pools, bar, and cabanas were so lovely too so I didn’t miss out on that. "

"Was a very clean room. Impressed with the food at almost all of the restaurants we went to. We found it odd that a lot of the food options were closed between 4:30 and 5:30.Poolside bar staff were 10/10. The beach was small but not overpopulated. "

"Fantasic hotel’ I cannot tell any bad word about this hotel it was just fantastic the service the food the surrounding the cleanliness they were all above the average level. The service people were never felt to be tired they had a lot of energy they started the coffee immediately they serve the juice serve out any problem they always were there ask what we want so congratulation this is the best hotel I ever been"

"We really loved our stay. Pros: staff was super kind and helpful everywhere, the Jungala hotel suite is beautiful, shower, bath products, main pool, Jade store, ability to walk on jungle paths everywhere or take trams, food in most restaurants is good! Jungala Aqua Park was awesome. Not too big. Great for a young family. Cons: doors in suite dont all close completely (closets, bathrooms), concierge is very available but doesn't always follow through on requests (asked 3 times for child's bed to be made in living room but just ended up doing it ourselves with sheets provided in closet) "
