"The stay was convenient for the location to the airport and shuttle service. Check in took longer due to a technical issue and she wouldn’t just let me access my room which was a tad inconvenient at 12:30pm, she was apologetic. The shuttle is very convenient and was timely on the hour. Clean room & great value for a Canadian."

"This is a bare minimum extended stay facility. Two, plates, forks, spoons, knives and glasses. You have to supply everything. Cook top but no pots or pans. You have to buy them? Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am in the whole hotel because of someone burning their microwave popcorn. No one on the property after 10pm. Extended our stay for two extra days and then our plans changed and we checked out a day early. NO REFUND. We will not be returning"

"The restaurant and bar were having some sort of difficulty resulting in no customers getting their orders for upwards of 45 min- 1.5 hours. The staff and customers alike were struggling. "
