"The fan in our room was loud and there was some loud people close to our room late at night (not the hotels fault I know). We asked to move rooms and they let us have another room on the upper floor. The rest of our stay was quiet and pleasant. The staff is very helpful and friendly. "

While preparing for bed, we discovered a bug underneath the pillows in the bed. This was very distressing and raised immediate concerns about the cleanliness and overall standards of the room. We reported the issue to the front desk right away and were advised to follow up via email. However, this situation significantly impacted our comfort and confidence in the room. In addition, the hotel pool was advertised as an amenity, but the water was uncomfortably cold and not enjoyable to use, which was disappointing."
