"If you are looking for an average hotel with larger rooms then this is for you. As far as amenities, it does provide a restaurant for breakfast which is complimentary and a quick service pizza and wing kiosk. They do provide a pop-up bar between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. There is a small pool on the side of the hotel that faces the parking lot, but outside of that there isn't much to do. There aren't many restaurants or establishments within walking distance, however, you are able to use the pool at the Caribe Royal next door. The room was fine and served our purpose. For the money, though, you can find better properties."

"All of the pool areas were amazing. My kids had a blast. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was just as it’s advertised on the pictures. We ate at Breeze Bar and Grill and the food was good. "

"The bedsheets and towels were smelly . Our rooms were in the corner. There is smoke smell in the corridors just outside our room. When attempted to call front desk, phone was not working. I travelled with kids and family and did not feel comfortable at all staying in this place. Price is certainly cheap! This is my experience. I vacated 1 day earlier than my intended stay. . "

"Lifts were a bit dodgy - buttons and wires exposed and one lift broke down several times. The food van not open for breakfast. Other than that very clean, helpful staff. Hood shuttled and good location."
