"Everything was great at the hotel. My only complaint was they were extremely understaffed in any place that serve food. We tried going to the main dining area twice as well as the quicker bagel. Breakfast shop. Both places did not have enough people working there to satisfy orders. When we arrived at the main restaurant, it took us 20 minutes for a host to see come out and talk to us. When I looked in there, it seemed as if they had one waitress, who was also coming out to try to seek tables. Otherwise, the property was very nice and the amenities were great."

"Positives - Full Gym - For a hotel- (Dumbells from 5lb - 100LB) - Sound Proofing in rooms Is great (Can’t hear screaming kids in adjacent rooms) - Multiple hot tubs, Sauna, Pool, Waterpark(mini) - 6 Min to Disney World Parks - Free amenities -$15 per Night Parking - Free breakfast Buffet before 11am *Overall* Not a “Premium resort”, meaning, if you’re looking for a resort with beach access, massages, included drinks, ect. This is not it. - But, it is a very nice, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel with plenty of free amenities that go the extra mile. - Rooms are Clean, brand new, staff is friendly. Experience exceeded my expectations - Giovanni was amazing! "

"They allowed early check-in which was perfect. The rooms were so clean and modern. All the staff were friendly. The food in the Pier 8 cafe was fresh and good. Reasonably priced. The buses were on time and I had very little to no wait. I walked by the pool and it was pretty cool. I didn't have the chance to use it but everyone seemed to be having fun. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Room wasn’t clean upon arrival. Cabinet doors were hanging crooked . Kitchen wasn’t stocked with proper utensils, cooking related pots/pans etc. the pool and lazy river were both quite nice. "

"Great staff, mobile ordering dinner from the restaurant was great after a long day at the airport. Shuttle service was a nice perk. Free breakfast was good but need to get there early for best selection. Bathroom could have been cleaned a little better in my opinion. All in all a very nice hotel, and will definitely stay there again."
