"Exactly what you'd expect for the price. Nothing fancy but not dirty and nasty either. No bugs ever and as long as you respectful to the staff they remain respectful to you. If you follow their rules you'll have no issues. "

"Staff was courteous. Rooms were kept up at a bare minimum. In a 2 double bed room, one bed was made and the other not made, if made at all. The ice bucket was only maintained twice in the week we were there. Towels were replaced consistently. Everything worked in the room. I'd say its a basic room, definitely not fancy. Wifi was fine though we didn't use it for anything but scrolling social media and watching videos. "

"The rooms were terrible. Curtians and blankets had cigarette burns. Asked for Non-smoking, got a smokers room. Neighborhood is not safe. We walked away from the reservation. You know its bad when the hotel clerk is behind thick glass for protection."

"While it is not a huge hotel, it had all the amenities you would expect from a nicer establishment. Our room was very clean, and I appreciated that the staff came by daily to ask if we needed any fresh towels or toiletries. The dining experience was also a highlight. The breakfast was great, the midday fresh popcorn was a nice touch, and the dinner offered was excellent. We also enjoyed the free coffee and soda available all day, as well as the three complimentary adult beverages provided during dinner time. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others."

"And the place is an absolute dump and they don’t provide you anything you need for cooking they want to charge you almost $60 to use one of their pans not even worth it. We had to ask for everything they asked for soap toilet paper towel towels, everything there’s also cockroaches in our room."

"The walls are paper thin here! We stayed for two nights and you could hear everything above you, im typically a heavy sleeper but woke up multiple times throughout the night due to the noise. There was also stains on the shower curtains which was kinda gross. Aside from those issues, I will say the staff was extremely nice and welcoming! "

"Pictures are SUPER outdated! Like, the lobby and the rooms in the picture are a night and day difference. This seems to be one of those places were unhoused people live in until they can find more long term housing. It wasn't sketchy or dangerous, but really run down and not well maintained. If you're looking for a place to rest for the night for dirt cheap, this will satisfy that. Wifi is also terrible, don't expect to do anything beyond checking emails. They also seem to have random additional costs like getting an extra room key, I had to pay an additional $10 to get a second room key; and no, they didn't tell me when I asked for the second key. Staff was really nice tho, this place is more of 2.5/5. "
