"The hotel is very clean, the room was more than adequate. Great time all around."

"As of mid-March 2026, the hotel is under heavy renovation. Some of the main floor and lounge is closed off. The lobby is being painted. Fitness Ctr closed..guests redirected to a neighboring hotel. The largest issue…2 of the 5 elevators appeared to not be working. Long lines/waits for elevators, and sometimes they are simply full of construction workers. Staff try to help keep lines moving but the hotel should not be so occupied. Very poor experience for the price. "

"As soon as you walk into the lobby you are blown away with how the bell men and front desk people treat you and the beautiful flower arrangement, best hotel lobby experience you will have, friendliest staff you will ever meet and the standard rooms are quite big and comfortable. Since we have come to White Oak’s we never go anywhere else when we are in Niagara on the Lake"

"Staff was great, friendly and willing to help when we had issues with the lights in the first room we checked into. They moved us to an upgraded room and added an extra hour to check out the next morning for the troubles. Clean rooms, overall a great stay!"
