"Great room! Very clean. Spotless rooms and casino. Beautiful property. We didn’t use any of the oools as it was cold and didn’t use the casino because we had kids with us but the game room for the kids was fantastic. Rather than the normal crap where kids win tickets to trade in for worthless junk, they had real old school arcade games! Our group LOVED it! We left them with a card and credits and they were entertained for the evening."

"Think long and hard about this one...The problems were numerous. Area is sketchy! Walking to our room, we passed several individuals smoking/vaping over the balcony. Upon entering the room, the television and several lamps did not work as power adapter was bad. Staff was alerted and worked to remedy the situation quickly but frankly the issue should have been addressed before we got to the property! Obviously, it has been a while since room was inspected. Clothing from previous guest wrapped around a desk chair. The room had peeling paint and just dirty. Low water pressure in shower. Very loud during the day with amplified music and during the night until about 4:00 am with cars racing their engines. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the heat/air was working."

"The first room we were put in had a bench right outside the door where other guests would sit and talk on their phones and smoke. Our door had daylight showing under the door which allowed their smoke to come straight into our room. The smell was horribly strong and we had a headache within minutes. We were able to change rooms and those issues no longer mattered. In the new room, The shower was made for a 4’ tall person and was extremely loud and only half the water actually came out of the shower head, the rest continued out of the faucet. The floor was not swept prior to us getting the room and the beds did not have a fitted sheet, they had a flat sheet laid over a plastic mattress protector… The facility does not have enough parking spaces to accommodate each room having one vehicle, we had to park in a parking garage across the street & down the block. "
